Hahaha. I just told mum about what happened at work and she thinks they've totally over reacted.

She reckons they're struggling financially and are looking for a way to get rid of me.

They're very foolish if that's what they're up to Harmony. Employment law is weighted very heavily on the side of the employee.

A little lazy. It's raining. Was on my way to get out and do stuff when the doorbell rang and one of kiddo's friends came and took him away. So now I guess I just have to stay home.

Need to get out and see some friends or something later though.

My mum just rang her best mate who is very up on employment law as she manages a care home, and she said they've gone about it wrong.

I'm going to Citizen's Advice on tuesday afternoon with my mum to see what can be done.
