I was wondering if Literotica supports coloured text in .Doc when uploaded?

I have some speech spoken by an AI in a story and have those lines coloured red in my writing program to emphasise the alienness. If I uploaded that would the coloured text carry over like italics and bold do or would it be recoloured black or just deleted and my submission rejected?

My experience has been that Literotica accepts the text, but not the text color. Over a period of about six years, I've made corrections in red, yet when those stories were posted, the text was always black.

I've never attempted to use HTML for changing text colors. Perhaps someone other author can answer that question. Good luck!

AFAICT colouring is lost in submission. Even if it wasn't, best not to rely on colour alone to convey important information. Some readers will be using e-readers that only display B&W, or custom font settings for better readability, so there's no guarantee that they'll see the red.

I have, and I got a very nice PM from Laurel about trying.

So the answer is no. There's a thread around here about what you can and can't do with HTML.
