Hey all I decided to put a thread on here to see if I could get any responses. NOT really looking for just sex...so sorry if thats what you clicked for. Probably not a traditional viewpoint around here...or maybe a more traditional one depending on how you look at it. I'm single...I'm tired of spending my weekends with just my dog...

Thats totally not to say I'm desperate though, a girl still has to have her standards...like the age thing. I think I can safely say that 44 is VERY out of my dating range (sorry), I like to stay within 10 years older...and usually only date younger guys or guys the same age under very special circumstances...ie, I've never met a guy I'm interested in who is younger than me...the whole immaturity thing gets on the nerves.

I drive a grand am that I wish was a corvette, and rent a house that I wish I owned, I've lived in colorado my whole life and love it here...

Lucky I'm only 43. Sweetie older men (usually)have more experience, and know how to treat a woman the right way (as in love). Younger guys may have the hot bods still and the cutesie faces but when it's all said and done not too many younger men can please you as an older man can and after all one day you might realize that's what's most important.

hmmmm.....I see a lot of women,especially older women, that want a man to cherish them and treat them respectfully. They want intelligent men that are done playing head games. Well sweetie here we older men are for your emotional pleasure, and by the way the physical pleasure isn't too bad either.

I can't speak for other older men but as for myself not being able to orgasm like a jackrabbit is fine for me because I keep going and going and going and going and going until my old bones finally get around to the first orgasm. Well GEE guys...excuse me for knowing what I like and dont like and what I want.

I've "been there, done that" with dating guys who are too old for me. My last long relationship (if you can call it that) was with a guy 14 years older than me. Heck....my first real one was with a guy TWENTY years older. Ya know...I'm sorry, but I've figured out for MYSELF what I like and dont like...and if you dont fit what I like, sorry. Go pout somewhere else.

I DO agree that age is just a number...but that gap in age goes up exponentially with gaps in ability to relate with the person.

There are (as I mentioned) reasons why I've found that I usually date guys older than me...but I dont date people who are the same age as my mother *44* because well thats just gross.

Why would anyone be upset at her preferences? I am 42, and probably too old for her, but so what? She has a right to want to date inside of her age range. Hard for people who are too far apart in age, to have much in common. They are at different places in their lives, with different life experiences.
