College student and landlord's daughter have fun!

For this plot there would be a college student who lives in a building where the landlord lives. He will get to know the daughter of the landlord too. One day he will invite landlord's daughter to his room. From there you can use your imagination. Maybe the girl is very playful and asks him to give her some alcohol to drink and then they start to touch each other. Maybe he offers some himself. Maybe there is no alcohol involved and they just like each other. Something like that would be cool.
