Jack Jovac was a man of habit. He woke up, showered, dressed in his usual suit and tie, and headed to work. The drive was hard, focusing on all the work he had to do that day that he really had no interest in. He wanted to be a writer, and it was his own fault really, that he wasn't. About a dozen novels sat on his desk, unread, unpublished. Some unfinished.
Thus he was stuck in the dead end bank job, and his bosses were all related to him. All of them. His brother Sam was the CEO, and Jack himself was the third highest in the company. His lavish apartment showed that, along with his sports car and the way he dressed.
His knuckles turned white as he gripped the steering wheel with an anxious grip. For once though, work wasnt the scariest thing on his mind. His stomach fluttered with nervous anticpation for the events AFTER work. Visiting his long-time friend, Gabriel, at his place of work. Gabe was a match maker of sorts. He trained potential submissive applicants for wealthy masters. And he insisted he had the perfect match for Jack.
So all day he sat through work, stared at his emails, bleary eyed, until the clock hit 4 and he was out. He jumped up from his desk amd headed for the door, jacket in one hand, breif case in the other.
Only to have his office blocked off by Sam himself. "Whoa- where you going bucko? Hot date?"
"As a matter of fact- its none of your business." Jack responded dryly. Sam just laughed. "I need to talk to you, Jack. Its about Rand."
Rand was ths second highest int the company, Sam and Jacks cousin. He was about ten years older than Jack, and that seemed to be yhe qualifying factor when they went up against each other for the position. Jack crossed his arms and raised a curious eyebrow at his brother's.
"He's going to be retiring in about a year. I want you to study under him." Sam said. "Then when the position is open, its yours."
Jack frowned. "So you want me to do double the work? My own job, and basically an intern for Rand? I'll think on it." It was, after all, about a million dollar upraise. He brushed passed Sam, who simply called out;
"Let me know in two weeks. If not, I'll have to find someone else."

Jack didn't travel the speed limit once, alternating between speeding and going under, wracked with nervousness and anticipation.
'Gabe had sounded really excited on the phone.' he thought, as his foot pressed down on the accelerator. 'But what if it ends up like- like- Dav-' he eased up. He felt like his heart was in a vise. No. He couldn't even think the name.
Soom he was turning into the parking lot of the night club. He cpuld hear the music pumping and the spund of voices. A guard let him in the backdoor, nodding when he saw his suit and distinguishing features. He just looked like a Jovac. Sharp jawline, darker than dark hair, peircing and cold blue eyes. His attire was less formal now, he had lost his vest and tie in the car, and was doen to his grey slacks and blue dress shirt. Still, he didnt look the type to be slumming around in the back alley of a night club.
"Gabe's expecting you." the bouncer said, leading him into he building, then down the hall to the last room. Gabe stood outside the door.
"Jack!" the handsome man wore a genuine smile. "How are you my friend?"
"I'm well, Gabe. How's business?" Jack responded, with a slight smile.
"I'm in the business of love, and business is good. I'm happy to see you, brother. And I hope you're happy with what I have to show you."
"I hope I'm ready for another." Jack said. Gabe flinched. He knew Jack like a brother, he saw the pain in those eyes. He nodded, and wrapped his arm around Jack's shoulders. Jack tensed a bit. He didnt like being touched, but if anyone could get away with it, it was Gabriel.
Gabe motioned and the guard swung the door open.
Naked, kneeling on the floor, was the most gorgous human being Jack had ever seen. He took a deep breath, and Gabe snickered a bit. "Did I do good, or did I do good?" the match maker grinned.
