If anyone else is into writing with someone else - how do you find your matching writing partner? Read other stories they wrote maybe? I know most writers prefer doing their own stories, but to me the story comes alive more if I write back and forth with someone with similar style and taste.
But sure can be hard to find the right one. :p Also, not having english as my first language might not always help lol

Hi, Welcome to the Lit. I think you should try some SRP's. You may find right partner. If you have an idea or a story give it a try.

You seem to be doing pretty well with your writing so far...I think the best way to find someone whose style you like is to dive right in...pick a story line and go for it...I hate to give away the big secret about Lit, but if you are in the middle of writing with someone and it's not working for you...you can always just sign off. Some people do it politely, some do it without warning, some do it because their significant other shows up unexpectedly, but <sigh> it does happen.

If you'd like to do something about meeting an older man / tourist visiting your hometown in Sweden...I think we could write something pretty inspirational together...

My writing partner contacted me, pointing out that we had similar writing styles and wrote some same-genre stories and suggested we write something together. We have stories together at Lit. and also published e-books.

Hi, Blondie, and welcome to Lit. Has anybody told you yet how it is the custom for new writers or posters to post nude photos, front and back view, of themselves?

And how would someone know they had similar style and taste?

That would require that there are some. Or that I knew how to find them.

Well, yes. Why would you consider collaborating with someone who has nothing available to show you of what they write? And Stockholmblondie answered the question too.

I don't believe Stockholmblondie answered the questions she posed. Not that I'm not lost most of the time anyway. I'll just go away and look for my compass. It's around here somewhere - probably behind my book on how to follow a conversation. One of these days I'll have to read the thing.
