cold beer...summer night

Going to take my poison ivied (sp?) sorry butt down the street and have a really tall cold bottle of beer...just got back from a nice run...I earned it and just the thought of it makes me thirsty. Don't drink much but soetimes I just crave a beer or when feeling wild tequilia.........Sticking to a few beers tonight...anyone else craving one?

very sexy just one of the 'looks' I like. I had an old girlfriend of mine who i used to train who competed in bodybuilding....in competion it was not that sexy i must admit....I guess to I see it as a sport since I used to compete...but when she was not getting ready for a competition and deiting....she was so fine....to bad was too young to appreciate what i had.....

The competition look goes to far for my personal tastes. Nor do I have the desire to work quite that hard.

I'd like to keep some of my curves and the rest to be very hard and toned. I'll get there. One day at a time. One crunch at a time. One workout at a time.

Had my beer...it was good...real good but the local bar is just outright scary........like the star wars bar scene....

Aw, that's not so bad. You look like you could take that guy with the death penalty in 12 systems, no problem.
If I went into a bar like that, though, I'd probably have to join the band, or something. Beer's not worth that.
