you must be very careful with regard to bore size on the clamp together rings if you're contemplating wearing them for an extended period of time. If the bore is too small, you can do yourself serious damage by not allowing enough blood flow to the testes...if it's too large, you'll slip out, perhaps when you didn't intend it and that could be embarrassing if you're out to dinner. What the above poster said about proper size. I wear a 2” single piece ring all day. Gets nice and tight when hard, but when soft it can fall off. I wear tight bikini underwear which helps hold everything in/on..it all feels wonderful

Same here. 1 7/8 ID Silicone “O” ring. It’s loose when flaccid and gets tight but not too tight when erect. I also have 2, 2” ID rings. One is steel. Heavy. Found it in my garage. The other is made from PVC pipe. 3/4 long. The length makes it more effective.

I picked up a new 2" inner diamater steel "Harness Ring" at the local hardware store. Heavy, it's 3/8" thick. Wear tight underwear as it can slip off and slither down your leg and hit the floor with an audible clink. Not so bad 3 weeks into this house renovation, but certainly could be embarrassing at the hardware store. I use coconut oil as lube and keep shaved to keep from pulling any hairs.
I've used the Tantus Super Soft cock ring, both around the whole package, and just around the boys. With a natural inner diamater of 1.5" I try to limit to 30 minute stretches as I don't want to cut of important circulation.
It's much better to start too large and risk embarrassment, then too small and certain embarrassment at the Emergency Room.
