The recent and current events are clearly polarizing. These two networks are on clear different poles.

Personally, I have not been a right winger for long. And I only subscribed to Fox news about 4-5 months ago. Used to hate it years back btw.

Today, I just decided to post something. It is amazing how each network is reporting and debating and analyzing and concluding.

I have recorded a couple of segments following to my open mouth in astonishment as to the kind of reporting CNN is doing.

Please post contrasts, or simple one sided, footage and/or articles from these two networks only to highlight what you believe is media lying.

So if Fox does it, please show it, and vice versa.

Please post videos / articles directly showing proof.

And stop hogging every thread.

Such a troll.

Can I post RT versus Anglo-saxon media?
Or will I be chased with a stick by both parties

I'll just say this; If television news is the only news one gets, you're probably getting a spin job of some sort. Solution: Read the news. Television news is a "show", the intent is to titillate and capture an audience...the so called "news" is just a prop for the most part to enable the "star newsman" to play important. This really gets circular when we start watching what one "news star" has to say about another "news star" There is both art and science involved in marketing, and TV news is all about marketing (both itself and sponsors).

Read a variety of views. Pay close attention to those who site third party backup and those who don't. I read the following online: Fox, NYT, Market Watch, Washington Post, Oregon Public Broadcasting. There is a bias to all of these, but in reading them all I get a balance. (Oh yes, I include Brietbart and Alternet on occasion to see what the non-mainline news folks are doing...pretty heavy bias on those.)

Okay, I did the best I could with the OP request, given that I do not ever rely on TV News.

PS: Since I'm here and this is important: Every authoritarian regime has to neutralize the free press. Regardless of one's political beliefs, we cannot allow or give support to this. Imagine a world where only the "official news" was allowed.

Simple.

http://www.foxnews.com/: VOW TO REBUILD FORCE: 'Depleted' US military drafting expansion plans

http://www.cnn.com/: This country welcomed us then separated us - Split by Trump's travel ban, a family races to reunite

So let's have a look:

VOW TO REBUILD FORCE: RUFKM? $660B on the books for the military. Jets that can;t fly through clouds and taknks that the congress approves as a jobs program in Ohio and the fucking military "DEPLETED" ?? That is the fakest news I have ever fucking heard.

Split by Trump's travel ban, a family races to reunite - Not the most pressing topic of the day. Impacts maybe 0.5% of Americans. Is why all thr Trumpers think that 66M of us are "bleeding heart liberals" when in fact most really want safer borders and want criminals who are here illegally deported. Definitely part of the problem.

So let's look at a real news site:

https://www.ft.com/: Policy uncertainty threatens trade growth, says World Bank
Warning on protectionism and threats to trade agreements in Trump era

Thank you. Folks, it really is pretty easy to find a balance you can trust...it's just not going to be very "entertaining".

Ok, this i'm going type in. How CNN posts fake news.

Just 10 mins ago, that short haired anchor hosted some specialist asking him how does he feel about this "so called nuclear option" and how this changes the senate rules and ruins the country.

Of course, that "specialist' doubled down by saying :"thank you for having, happy to be here. Actually i'm not happy to be here, this is a sad day" bla bla bla

Help me out here, weren't the Democrats who changed this law when they had the majority to block filibustering and force their thing through??

Can a balanced individual answer me this?

The filibuster is strictly a whose-ox-is-being-gored issue. Neither party has ever had any clear ideological position for or against it, and it is indeed irrelevant to any point of liberal or conservative ideology. It's like the division of power between Congress and the presidency, each party will always demand more power for whichever branch it controls at the moment.

You did not answer my question.
