If it were true ( and I'm sure it's probably not) I would be more concerned with how anyone got a camera into what should be one of the most secure rooms in the world and why someone would be dumb enough to think that it wouldn't get noticed.
Not to mention, how would they even use the footage? You'd have to explain where it came from and anonymous sources for something like that wouldn't cut it.

The "spy cam in the Oval office" was in fact, a video shot from the White House lawn into a window by one of the many camera crews from outside on the lawn at the time. You can see Steve Bannon and Chief of Staff Reince Priebus as Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, and Press Secretary Sean Spicer are milling around. You can't hear anything. How does a bunch of news crews out on the lawn get warped into a hidden spy camera INSIDE the Oval Office?
