Japan only game, it's also an anime made after the game.. Game > Anime in terms of actual content and story.

Plus, the game has so many sex scenes in it... <3

It's much closer to being AVP than the movies were. Sadly, I have not the money for the game nor the system for a long time. I have to buy a tv after I'm done paying off my laptop
