Dragon's Alliance (Closed For Annisthyrienne and Shire Wolfe)

Prince Toivenen felt like he was going to die. In almost every sense of the world. There was the matter of Armor on a boat, the slightest shift, and if he went over, the heavy ceremonial bronze would sink him like a stone. He was not slight, a life of work and practices, of joining the navy at fourteen
and working alongside his subjects for over a decade had mad him a rough man. Taut as a well used rope, and baked the same. Hard as a midshipman's hatchet, and easily as sharp. The sea suited him, this armor did not.

Bronze was a workable metal, it even afforded good protection, but it was heavy and stifling, Even thin as his piece was it would stop an assassin's arrow, and the cuirass weighed close to ten stone. So the waves against his father's ship of the line worried him. Three masts and three decks. The ship needed almost it's own legion, and certainly carried one. Twelve hundred men escorted the crown prince, and Heir to the immortal kingdom. It was the second reason Toivenen believed his life was over.

He was going to be married. 30 years had passed, and Toivenen was the promised husband to Thaejah princess, or priestess of the elven kingdoms across the sea. They lived on islands, the largest containing their temple. And Toivenen had made the journey before. He was a second son, and fit and beautiful and perfect. Or so the story went. He had not even been named yet or born. His mother had gone into labour and his father had beseeched the help of the Elvish people to deliver his child. Both survived, and on that day a tenuous peace was struck. Toivenen was named as he was for his people's word for Hope, and naked and squalling he came into the world, and was promised to the ruling families daughter. He had never seen her since. He did not know what she would look like, or who she was, simply that she was to be his bride. And if stories were true she would be no older now than when he had been a babe. And when he died an old man surrounded by retainers and shipmen, she'd be scarcely touched by age. She would not even wrinkle when his bones were dust.

The last reason Toivenen felt he would die was the most pressing. His older brother had already perished. Cyryl had been a boor, and a drunk, and frequent womanizer. Famous for his affairs amongst the court ladies and the brothels near the docks. He'd have made a terrible king but might have been a good ruler if Toivenen had been by his side. Had kept him on an even keel, with light beers, and watered spirits. But he had taken a drunken walk off a pier and no body was ever recovered from the storm that night. Now Prince Toy, the nickname his brother had stuck upon him, was to be king. And His children would be the ALEŠ. Defenders of the house. His half breed children, or his bastards. In any case it would divide the great Marik house. And so Toy believed he was to be murdered, maybe like his brother before his bride could conceive. His eldest and his wife Gone It would kill great king Henio, but maybe the people wanted that. The end to the line of dragons. No one had seen one in over a thousand years in any case, but his family still ruled because of them.

The legend went that one of his ancestors. A young man like him, had saved a beggar from terrible injury, perhaps death. Had shown mercy, and taken an elder into his home. shared his food, and cared for him, until the elder transformed to a might bronze beast. A dragon. The impassable mountains had been nothing then. A few hours, and the entire village was on the coast. Carried by their ancient protector, and stones were struck, to build their keep. Fish and game were plentiful. Over time they built the manor out of the cliffs, it's great throne room accessible by an ocean path and flight. and big enough for the dragon to sleep. Pearls and gems from the mountains brought them wealth, and made a bed for the great Bronze. The name it gave them Marik. Of the sea. Once there was a forest, now it was the innumerable merchant and military fleet of his house. Of his country. Marik's great head across his chest and on the massive roaring figurehead of the ship.

His family still venerated dragons. Still sat in the protective claw of the venerable old one. When it fell. None since had come. None since the great old one had died. Toivenen believed in them, but he did not know if he would ever see one. Especially now in this great foreign land of the elves. His great dream to find and bring the dragon's back was dying. A new one would need to be born, of uniting the kingdoms. Of staying alive, and learning to love his bride. Whoever she might be. The Port loomed, and Toivenen felt the last urges to do anything but his duty leave him. He was frightened, and his life was ending.

But a new life for him was beginning.

Princess Thaejah cast a glance backwards over her shoulder as she ducked into the shadowy alcove. It was the fourth time this week that she'd slipped away from her assigned bodyguards and they had begun to grow wise to her tricks. Of course it was always a personal challenge to outwit them, and she relished the chance to do so. But it was more than the challenge that made it worthwhile. There was Valna.

Valna was her best friend, and more. Thaejah couldn't imagine a time in her life that Valna wasn't an important part of. From the time that Valna had saved her from drowning over three decades ago, Thaejah had adored her boon companion. They had shared so many experiences together, both good times and bad. And the dangers they had faced; the delights they had shared, only brought them closer. Thaejah was closer to Valna than she was to her own blood sister. They'd saved each other's lives more often than could be counted, each in their own way. Valna was the princess' protector, and Thaejah was the warrior's healer. They complimented each other perfectly.

When she knew the coast was clear, she crept stealthily along the corridor, headed to the passage that led to the formal gardens and her secret rendezvous. Truth be told, she'd been sneaking out more and more recently, due to the pressure of her upcoming obligations. Her guards, her chaperones, her mother and sister, as well as the priestesses of the temple/hospice had all had many opportunities to notice her absence from her assigned duties. And she had a growing sense that their tolerance for her youthful antics was diminishing.

Her conscience tweaked at her. She should be taking her duties more seriously; preparing for her upcoming ordainment into the Order of the All-Mother as the next high priestess of her people. As the second daughter of the Royal House of Illytheria, of the island nation of Broceliande, her destiny would normally await in the service of the Goddess of Fertility: Maia, the All-Mother. Thaejah's older sister would assume the throne in her time, but it was the priestesses who led the people when it came right down to it. Broceliande was a theocracy, and the Queen's role as secular leader of the people was largely figurative.

But her ordainment was the least of the weighty responsibilities awaiting her. In a matter of days, her life would change forever. Thaejah was promised decades ago to the son of the human King Henio, regent of the coastal kingdom of Carzala. She remembered that day; the way she was presented to an infant and told she would one day marry him to unite the two nations in peace. What does one say to something like that? She remembered vividly how the king's other son, barely a few years old, had tugged on her skirt with his grubby little hands and made her promise she would take good care of 'Prince Toy'.

Prince 'Toy'. What kind of names do these humans give their offspring? The boy prince; the toy prince. The boy prince 'Toy'. Her mind turned the name over and over in different incarnations, some of them making her grin. She knew enough of the common tongue of humans to realize the implications of the nickname. The human prince, her boy-Toy, would be arriving any day now. The time to fulfill the promise thrust upon her by her mother and a human king she didn't know was near at hand.

But today there was time for at least one more lark with Valna. Thaejah crept stealthily down the last set of stairs and passed through a door leading to the palace gardens. She knew her beloved Valna would be waiting at their usual spot. It was rather surprising that no one had caught on to them yet. Perhaps because at the moment very few would recognize the slender girl who made her way through the hedge maze as the princess. Her beautiful courtly gowns had been traded for a simple tunic that came down to her mid-thigh. It had an open V neck that laced up the front over her modest bosom, a vest-like top with no sleeves, and slits up each side nearly to her hip. Naught but her underclothes and high sandals adorned her long toned legs. There was no point in wearing much clothing in a tropical paradise.

Thaejah's body was typically slender, a common trait among the elvish, but her constant thrill seeking and adventures with Valna had added lean muscle to her form. It was not overtly obvious, but made her sleek and fit. She flitted through the maze with ease, it's secret passage having long ago been mastered. Her honey gold hair streamed behind her as she emerged from the maze and plunged into the forest. A few moments later, she could see her beloved Valna waiting in the little clearing where they always met.

Thaejah slowed her pace, and moved as silently as she could. She knew she was stealthy when she wanted to be, and now she made no sound that her keen elvish hearing could detect. Closer and closer she stalked towards her intended prey. It was a little game they often played. And she suspected that Valna always somehow knew she was coming, but she let Thaejah sneak up on her all the same. At last she was close enough. Thaejah gathered herself, much like the large cats that often prowled the island jungles, and pounced!

"Gotcha!" she exclaimed as the two went down in a laughing playful tangle. She ended up lying atop her friend, and when her giggling subsided, she grew quiet, leaning in for a slow intimate kiss. Her soft lips parted for her friend and lover, and a pink tongue slipped between them for a tentative lick of Valna's lips. When at last the kiss broke, she breathlessly gushed, "Valna, I think you let me pounce on you like that, just so we can end up like this. Not that I'm complaining at all."

She laughed again as she rolled off and helped her friend to her feet. There were few times she was as truly happy as when they were together. "Come, Valna! Let's go for a skinny dip in the lagoon! I didn't slip my guards only for a roll in the sand, as fun as that would be with you. But if you're nice to me, I'll let you kiss me in that special way you like." Her eyes danced with mischief and implied promise as they set off towards their favorite place to get away, hand in hand.

The Princess' bodyguard wasn't built like most elves. While she did possess the characteristically slender elven waist, she also possessed wide hips, and a bust above the norm in size compared to most elven ladies, such as her beloved Princess Thaejah. And she knew intimately the size of the Princess' bust, especially as they had pressed against her own during their tumble in the sound, as they had many a time before.

“I should hope not, my beloved.” Valna coos, eagerly following her royal charge and best friend, gently squeezing her hand as they scurried down the hidden and overgrown paths together, around and over fallen logs and cobwebs of vines and roots. The islands that made up the ancient nation of Broceliande may be volcanic in origin, but the fiery furnace which had fuelled the birth of the islands had long since died out, leaving the underground passages through which the magma had flown through empty and hollow, perfect for young girls eloping for some forbidden fun.

“Do I not always treat you nice, my Thaejah?” In the darkness of the passage, the eyes of the Princess' guardian and sworn Knight shone. It was one of the many oddities of the busty woman. No matter how the lighting was, Valna's eyes always stood out like a beacon. Where every elf in Broceliande possessed either sky blue or nutty brown eyes, Valna's were the shade of a stormy seascape.

“Except when you've been naughty. I still remember the way you sang that night in Ollvyria...” With a wicked smirk, she exits the underground passage before the Princess, her fingers brushing over the royal buttocks with a touch so light it would put a ghost to shame. The faintest of reminders of the night after she had rescued the Princess from a group of thugs and ruffians. She had admonished Thaejah about leaving her sights in the rough trader port, where both human and elven sailors were common, and the fair princess travelling incognito had gotten a bit more attention than was healthy. While they had both suffered a scare, and the Princess' had been punished, it was a night they could both look back on with fondness.

Stepping out onto the beach, she coos and stretches, smiling at her Princess over her shoulder as she undoes the simple knot which holds her chest-piece together, freeing her ample bosom, and she sighs happily as she feels the warm rays of the tropical sun kissing her soft skin. Unbuckling her belt, she lets it and her blade fall down onto the warm, white sand, before kicking off her boots. She simply squirms out of her trousers, and then she stands utterly naked, before Thaejah - her oldest friend and her precious lover. Naked save for the ornate gold and crystal collar clamped around her neck.

"Though I should be upset with you for abandoning your guards, I shall not. Today is a big day for you, and you won't require a sore bottom when you meet your princeling husband." With a wink and a blown kiss, the bodyguard races toward the calm, crystal blue water of the lagoon, diving headlong into the water.

Valna was always as comfortable in water as she was on land. Even more so at times. It was another one of the many mysteries surrounding the strange elf. She adored the water. She took every opportunity she could to swim, be it in the Palace's private pools, or in the lagoon like this. “You coming, my love? The water's lovely.” The grey-eyed elf smiles up at Thaejah, the braid of her soaked dark brown hair nestling between her ample bosom.

"Come, and let us talk about your future groom, and enjoy your blessed freedom."

Thaejah blushed at the reminder of that night. It wasn't often that Valna ever touched her in any way that wasn't passionate and loving. And that time could have been mistaken as an exception to any casual observer if they hadn't known that Valna only acted out of protective concern for Thaejah's safety. Still, it was something Thaejah remembered even now. She stuck out her lip in mock petulance, hands on her hips. "That's not fair, Valna!" she called out after her friend. "I only did it to be with you, didn't I? And who else could keep me safer. Those guards protect me because they get paid to do so. You do it because you're madly in love with me; isn't that so?"

A mischievous grin curled the corners of her lips just slightly, and the twinkle in her eyes told the real story. She loved reminding her friend and lover of who held the real influence in the relationship, and it had nothing to do with her royal blood. But most of all, she just loved Valna. Period. It was worth any risk to be with her.

Thaejah followed in her lover's wake, her cobalt blue eyes widening as they took in the impressive sight of Valna's figure as she disrobed. She paused to enjoy the view, her heart beating just a little stronger and her breaths coming just a little faster. The full breasts - larger than her own - and voluptuous curves were unique to any elf Thaejah had ever known. They were almost more like the features a human woman might have, she thought. And they were hers to enjoy. Not for the first time, she wondered where Valna had really come from. It had seemed she had just come out of the sea itself when she'd rescued Thaejah from drowning all those years ago.

Thaejah wasted no time when Valna's delightful body dove into the lagoon, the turquoise waters closing over her graceful form. She tugged eagerly at the lacing of her tunic, shrugging it off to let it pool around her sandaled feet on the sandy beach. Her modest but pert breasts jiggled and swayed slightly as she bent over, sliding her undercloth down off her toned legs. A quick tug on her sandal lacings loosened them enough to allow her to kick out of them on the run. She paused at the water's edge only briefly, taking that moment to close her eyes and feel the sun and ocean breezes on her naked body. She flung her arms out wide, as if embracing the Father Sea, letting His breath wash over her body like a lover's touch.

In truth, it would be a precursor to the rite that would symbolically unite the Father Sea and the Mother in the form of Thaejah as high priestess of her people and Prince Toivenen as leader of his. The rite would ensure fertility and life for her people, and unite the elves of Broceliande with the coastal human kingdom of Carzala. Perhaps of more importance to Thaejah and Valna, the ceremony would mark the consummation, if only ceremonial, of her union with the human prince. All her life, Thaejah's virginity had been preserved, sometimes at extreme hazard to those who would have liked to claim it. Valna had personally seen to that many times.

And yet, if she had protected Thaejah's physical maidenhood, she had certainly helped herself to the princess' royal passions more than once. Memories of those times gave Thaejah yet another reason to blush as Valna's words broke her from her reverie. A slight furrow knitted her brow at the reminder that her days of freedom and carefree larks with her friend would soon be over. She waded in slowly, until waist deep, then plunged forward to let the cool waters envelop her. With a few powerful but efficient strokes, she swam underwater, passing just beside her friends legs. Playfully she grabbed her, giving Valna's sexy bottom a squeeze before surfacing just behind her. Thaejah wrapped her arms around her friend from behind, kissing her neck and hugging her close. One hand dropped lower to fill with one of Valna's bountiful breasts as Thaejah tugged on an earlobe with her teeth.

She whispered in Valna's ear, "My time grows short, sweet Valna. Soon I will have to take my place at the side of this 'toy princeling'. I'll have to assume my responsibilities as high priestess. And you know what will happen at the ceremony." She hesitated, growing quiet. "I'm a little scared, Valna." Her voice was small and shy. "Will it hurt...when he....you know.....when he puts it in me? I've heard it will tear me inside, and that I'll bleed. In fact, part of the ceremony is for him to show the blood covering his....his member." Her hands clutched a little tighter to her lover's body, as if she could gain reassurance through that contact alone. She moved around to face Valna, seeking refuge in her protector's embrace. "Will he be big, do you think? The humans are so much larger than us. Their arms and legs and bodies are so....thick. Do you suppose he will be that way....all over?"
