AlinaX's idea could be the start of a series, 'Cloning Around' or the like.

The original wife learns about the clone due to unexpected bills and costs showing up. Tracking them back, she learns about the tech and the technicians who did the work for her hubby. She's no dummy, a successful tech exec, and uses her connections to start up a private business to provide clones to others by 'researching' (stealing) the tech.

This gives you a story-springboard to jump off in all sorts of ways. Want MMF? Clone a hubby. Noncon/slavery? Clones don't have rights. Incest? Clone that daughter/stepkid they've been lusting over. Etc

I saw this and there are so many ways it could go. For example. Bluebeard: Hubby likes pranks, and sets up clone to be discovered while he is on a trip. “Never look in the cellar, dear.” Clone is, once the joke has been explained, and she has wiped the blue makeup off her face, expected to make the wife shape up a bit since the clone is fitter.

I could not disagree more. After 32 years we might not so it as often, but our sex is far rougher and more intense than it ever was back then.
