Not a horrible idea.
Yes, my wife and I used a "clone a willy" to make a vibrator copy of my cock. If I remember correctly its first use was on me. I am above average size wise and I understand some of her hesitation toward anal. "Willy" fits but does take some effort.

I got the supplies from a theatrical supply company in Dallas. Along with some coloring. Otherwise the material is a pretty putrid color
Spend some time getting containers sized tight. Think of this as a combination chemistry and cooking play day
Besides the apparent reasons for having a friend there is one super important. The mold making material takes about ten minutes to set up. The helper is there to keep the “wily” erect and not moving around.
What worked for me was a Pringles tube. I knelt on a dining room chair with a low back. Knees on the front, facing backwards leaning down like doggy position Kneeling on the chair and holding still while she used her magic fingers and tongue kept me erect. Nothing too wild because the casting material needs to be still
The first casting was the best. By the time we cast the third the mold was getting a “burst bubble” surface texture. That might have felt good actually.
We used 4-5 drops of coloring to match me
Willy turned out a little smaller than me. That was discussed on the theater supply page. It was about 3/8 “ shorter. Every vein and wrinkle was cast
