Thanks for the sage advice! Unfortunately, not all men are well versed in the topography of the anatomy down there and/or not interested in devoting the energy needed for extended stimulation. The vacuum device never tires out and can be used without any males present. ;)

That's not really the kind of thing to give to someone who doesn't know the basics. Now if you are getting one for yourself (best way to shop for gifts) suck away. There are sucking toys out there based on engineering developed for the Sikorsky helicopter (how hot is that?)

I checked the Sikorsky website and no mention about their penis pump technology. But it does refer to "vertical lift" quite often. ;)

If anyone else here wants to use a pump but be gentle about it, well, whether you are using it on a clitoris or penis (same shit really), or a nipple, here's what I suggest:

1. Lube the end of the cylinder that presses to the skin. Makes it stick better to form that vacuum suction. I personally use water-based lube for everything.

2. Shaved or at least trimmed is more manageable than a bush. I think bushes are sexy, but a bush makes it harder to press the cylinder flush against the bare skin. (If it covers everything, that is. Especially if someone has a vulva.)

3. Start slow. People can do it for 5-10 minutes at a time. Over 10 minutes is excessive and can damage tissue. But, don't start trying to do this for 5 whole minutes at once. And for goodness sake, don't pump it up all the way! I do not usually go above a 5 on the gauge when pumping my fiancé. It's not like it's going to get any bigger, and I hurt him good enough. But hey, at your own risk.
