When obama was first running, I compared his resume with the resumes of every other candidate. It was appallingly lacking.

I compared his resume to past candidates. Again, it was as empty as you could get compared to prior examples.

Yet the media and such would have you believe that he was some great achiever prior to running for president. They completely ignored his voting record at the state and federal level. They completely ignored his lack of any substantive position on any topics. They conveniently ignored anything about his past.

The only thing that voters could go on, if they were intellectually honest, was the color of his skin. If they went on the content of his character (his resume and past actions) they would have had to admit that he wasn't nearly as qualified for the position as the other candidates, and Hillary was just as bad.

That's because his resume was empty. Nothing substantive at all. Being a senator doesn't mean shit beside you were able to get a bunch of people to vote for you. What did his record as a senator show he did? What did he vote for? What did he vote against?

If all it takes is "being a senator", well why the fuck didn't you vote for McCain? He was a senator, too, and had more seniority as a senator. Using your logic, the job should have automatically gone to McCain.
