He is not a criminal. He is an ex-president and would-be lawyer. He is also a genius as I learned from the gushing Mat Lauer last night as he described the brilliant move by Bill Clinton that restores everything, his prestige, his power, his dignity. The move? Selecting office space in Harlem. So you see he cannot be a criminal, the press would never mislead me!

Well drat, Exp. We could make him one, couldn't we? Like, he chose McDonald's over Burger King in his morning jogs, so he chose sides in the Great Fast Food War. That's a crime, he unfairly allied himself with one side, thereby bringing the might of the US Armed Forced squarely on the side of the clown. Burger King tried to ally itself with Austrailia through some machinations with the backdoor boys, but it has apparently had no effect. I think Burger King should try and convict Clinton of war crimes.

Who Said I was trying to insult any one, and who said I have to learn to spell.. as I recall There have been many debates on that matter unto wich I have clearly defended every one on this board about their spelling errors...But hey lets not bring up some bad memories for us all.. 
BTW if I had that profession I wouldn't need to insult it, it does that by it's self..

It's sad, really. There are good lawyers out there. Solid, ethical ones who are interested in further our system of jurisprudence and making the world a better place to live.
There are also bad lawyers who ruin it for everyone. People who chase ambulances, people who actively seek out ways of suing different corporations/individuals/governements and then search out clients who are able to sue. There are lawyers who have no right to the name.
Then there is the fact that the culture has become sue happy and there are too many lawyers.
There has to be a solution. Obviously a quota won't work. I would suggest raising the minimum score of the bar exam to make it harder to pass. Make laws that discourage "frivilous" lawsuits. Something.
