I think she might be 1/32 Cherokee, or something like that, and has never been involved in tribal affairs and has always described herself as Caucasian. That was until it became expedient (Affirmative Action) for her to claim to be an American Indian.

Moonbeam is even older than she and Biden is looked on as a buffoon, much as Dan Quayle was. If Hillary does get the nomination, it will be because she is the least sorry of a truly sorry lot.
