What's the big deal?
Ok, I'll admitt to being 16 but when I went to the registration fourm it said you only had to be over 13! could someone please explain?

The registration form age statement is a generic statement that came with the BB software. You must be thirteen to participate on ANY BB.
However, this site is an "adult" site and the minimum age to participate is 18 by US law. Your presence here endangers the site, because all of the equipment could be confiscated as evidence in a charge of "contributing to the delinquency of a minor" or several other "child protection laws.
Please go away until you're legal.

That's a COPPA guideline that's included in the BB software. This BB software is used by many sites, both adult and nonadult. Any disclaimers within it do not invalidate OUR disclaimer on the very front page of the site. Again, see you in two years!
