Cleaning up

I'm the cleaning person. So, yes, I do. I do this by throwing all of the things that don't belong to me and are out of place into large trash bags. Familial outrage is followed by a general picking up of stuff. Then I can clean.

I have this habit of cleaning BEFORE the cleaning people come. I just don't want them to think I am a slob I guess.

I'd kill to have cleaning people. The only people cleaning in this house are My Man and me.

And money doen't buy happiness...but it can buy the house next door and you can visit as often as you like!

Christmas is coming soon. I think it would be awfully generous of Cat to give us each our own cleaning lady.. And her being the sweet, giving person that she is.. I just know she will!

I have a cleaning lady who comes once a week to clean my house for me, and I admit that I pick stuff up so that she won't have to move around them. You know, like shoes and glasses, newspaper, my plethora of art supplies and scattered drawings. She does a great job, too. And she doesn't mind the madness of an artistic genius .

I don't "clean" in advance, but I do try to pick up the piles of papers, etc. that accumulate. And fold wash, put away shoes, etc. Just makes the dust and dirt easier to get at.
