If you all want PM's you have to keep your boxes under the limit or they just fill up and you can't receive any more.
Go to your PM control panel - its not good enough just to clean out what you see there (and if you need to save these msg I suggest you copy and paste them into a wordprocessor document or email them to yourselves)...
What you have to do is change the box that says "Show Messages From" - the default is 10 days... take a look at what happens when you choose "the beginning"... do that for your inbox, your sent box AND your message tracking... you may be surprised how much you find there. Also - do not that when you send a PM the default is "Save a Copy" - I highly recommend unchecking that box each time you send a PM.
