He's on Twitter. Nice guy and 7% of the check goes to the state of Georgia. I assume though he also lists SC as home. Georgia Tech guy. They have produced some good golfers; I'll give them that much.
Has Watson hit a nine iron he would have probably won. He had nothing left for the playoff. Greatest 72 holes by a 59 year old ever. He has nothing to be ashamed of. Makes me want to get back out there.

What a final day... I really did wish watson could hold on, but his twitchiness with short putts got the better of him with that putt on the 18th to hold par.
I bet westwood is still kicking himself for not holding par on the 18th too.
I'm not the biggest cink fan, but the steady eddie got the job done..
