In the 2024 election some number of state legislatures will supersede the popular vote based on their new powers they gave themselves based in the Big Lie. They will then declare the election where the majority vote getting POTUS candidate to have irregularities, and will proceed to nullify votes, thereby giving the electors to the loser.

There will be a certification fight and the states recognizing the "losing" candidate will declare they do not recognize the legit POTUS-elect.

The fight itself will take place in DC and will begin with a fight between National Guard and supporters of the losing candidate, and will spread to state capitols in all of the stares that nullified votes, but will spread to other states quickly and will be between the National Guard trying to restore order and the believers of Big Lie II which will have many ex-military, police, etc.

the question will be who will the military respond for when called? Or will they too split like the rest of the nation?

People constantly make the mistake of assuming the first civil war ever ended. American history makes it quite clear that the racist traitors continued to prosecute the conflict in overt and covert ways.

It's basically a battle between good and evil, and that conflict is eternal.

I hope and believe that the United States will remain united. However, there is no moral issue as compelling as ending slavery that would justify a civil war to prevent secession.

If the United States divides I can see a country coming into existence that might be called "the Restored Confederacy." This would consist of the original Confederate states, minus Virginia, and some mountain states and states in the mid west.

What would remain in the United States would be Virginia to Maine, the west coast including Nevada, additional states, including probably Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

The United States would have most of the best universities and most of the most successful corporations. There would be a brain drain as many of the more intelligent young people born in the Restored Confederacy traveled to the United States for university education. After graduation, most would stay to work for one of the successful corporations, and various government agencies.

Occasionally they would return to the Restored Confederacy for family and high school reunions. They would stay long enough to remember why they left. Then they would return to the United States.

It isn't just words. That is the mistake people not living in the front line of Trump Country are missing. Violence is now inevitable. The question is how bad will it get before those in denial realize Fascism is very real in the US.
