Cinnamon Roll

I decided to treat myself tonight to a gooey, warm cinnamon roll. I've been pretty diligent about my diet but figured that sometimes food is just meant to be enjoyed for the pure joy of the senses.

Want to know something sad... I've had part of this gooey roll and now I'd like an apple. I think I've warped my taste buds permanently.

Yeah, them too. I forget about them being a cereal. Cheerios are about 5% sugar, & appleJacks are40+%

I do......plus when I make mashed sweet potatoes,
I put in cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter or margarine.......
