His daughter, Danielle, said, "There was a naked rule (that) if a person were to be a naked, you couldn't shoot them."
The student Danielle is talking about is now facing charges of indecent exposure.
Rule No. 15 on the Nerf Wars Facebook Page from Lakota West stated: the naked rule will be intact until some idiot gets in trouble with the cops or the school.
