I can report that the claims the maker of Cialis makes public are rather conservative.

Meaning multiple erections over a period of 30 to 36 hours. Recovery time between them is still mostly a matter of one's own physiology, but if the stimulation is there when you're ready for it, you're going to be able to act on it.

Multiple doeses are not necessary. Go the 24-36 hours until the effect wears off and then take the next one.

If you took a 10mg tablet every 12 hours, it would be about the same as taking a 20mg tablet every day. Given that 10mg is enough for most men for 30+ hours, why waste the extra dose?

Try pill splitting until you find the smallest does that works. For example, a 20mg tablet into 4 5mg parts might even last up to a week.

Well isn't this ironic. A co-worker and I were just talking about this today. He pretty much said it'll get up as many times as you want it to with just a little bit of stimulation.

I don't know about cialis but I take viagra and I have gotten it up five times and that is cumming each time.All it takes is a little playing around on her part and I am up again.
