Chyoo Style RP Idea

I am a big fan of the "Choose Your Own" (Chyoo) adventure style role play, as you can tell by the ID I just created for this forum. (I am an avid role player on others sites, but Literotica is new to me.)

But the Chyoo website simply wouldn't work for me. It would let me begin a story and it would approve it, but I couldn't add any option threads to it.

So, I thought maybe we could try something experimental here in the ORP forum.

I'm still working on the specifics, but this is what I have so far:

• My first offering will be titled "Reality is What You Make of It".
• The basic concept is that you will make choices about your location, your actions, your possessions, etc., and those choices will have positive and/or negative results.
• It will begin with your first character coming to on an open plain with no features visible in any direction. There, you will make your first choice, and your adventure will begin.
• Along the way, you will have the opportunity to introduce new characters to strengthen your group. (You may need extra "bodies" in case something tragic occurs.)
• You will also be given an opportunity to describe objects, events, people, etc., to which I only vaguely refer, allowing you to help forge your new reality.
• It is an open ended story, so we can either play from now until the world ends or until you get bored and want to do something else, either with me or someone else. (Don't worry you won't hurt my feelings if you want to split.)

Additional players: Once we have started, if another player wants to participate, we have two options:

• If the current writer wants it, we can add the new writer's character to the existing story. Just keep in mind that this slows the story, because now one writer will sometimes have to wait for the other to post before we move ahead. It becomes a little more "role play" and a little less "CHYOO", but either way works fine for me.
• Or, if either the current writer or new writer wish to have their own adventure, we can create a second thread that splits off, just as a true CHYOO splits off in a different direction.

Will this work? I have no idea, but I want to try it anyway. If you do, too, reply here.

Sorry Kate not really a CHYOO story as you are just writing a story one page at a time and putting a link to next page at the bottom.

From your list you should have links to every event, then at the event page a link back to list or to follow on script if they have reached correct amount of points.

That is a CHYOO story.
