I'm 51. In 2005 I was diagnosed with R/R Multiple Sclerosis. It is a minor case that primarily has decimated my strength and dexterity on my right side of my body. My left thigh provides all my power and is very well developed. My right thigh, not so much. There is no pain. I do have to worry about foot drop when walking, so I throw my right leg out a little. But I haven't been able to attain a full erection, like I could do when the wind blew when I was in my teens, 20s and 30s, for the past 5-6 years. I can still feel sensations, so I can still orgasm, but only manually or orally. I can get I guess a very partial erection, well a little firm, when edging for a long time.

I guess its a good thing I am insatiable when giving cunnilingus :)

For those litsters that I have a chronic medical issue, how do you deal with the sexual effects of it? Little pills dont work for me so those are out because the blood flow is fine, its the nerves that are the problem. I tried a penis pump a few years back to no real avail, but I didnt have a cockring handy. I dont smoke, very rarely drink (maybe a Guinness once a month), and due to my job, no to drugs. Even though I am in my 50s, I still have the libido of a teenager.
