Christina Piercing Questions

So I got my Christina pierced the first time and it rejected when I changed the jewelry. No idea why either.
..
Anyway, I just got it redone on 2-28-16
And I feel like it's rejecting again and it's only been 4 days.
...
How do I know it's rejecting.

same as any infection, sore becoming painful, reddening around area spreading, puss.

You should use good quality gold, stainless steel, keep clean and use any cream recommended although some are better then others. DON'T PICK!

it's my understanding that surface piercings sometimes take a handful of months to heal and that type of jewelry can reduce complications/side effects. Is it possible that you just didn't wait long enough or that you need a loop in the piercing until it's fully healed?
