Who?
...
Audioslave? Soundgarden? Great voice. Only 52.
After which, they'll kill themselves.
Chris Cornell, 52, was found dead inside his hotel room just hours after he took the stage for a concert in Detroit on May 17. He was the lead singer of the infamous rock bands Soundgarden, and later Audioslave.
His death appears to be a suicide, sources told 4 WDIV Detroit, though an official cause of death hasn’t been confirmed yet. He was found dead at the MGM Grand Hotel in Detroit just hours after playing a sold-out show with Soundgarden at the Fox Theatre.
Cornell leaves behind his wife of 13 years, Vicky, and three children.
A source told Local 4 that Vicky called a family friend to ask him to check on her husband because something seemed off. The friend did so, opening Cornell’s hotel room door to find him dead inside of the bathroom with “something tied around his neck.”
Cornell’s representative Brian Bumbery called his death “sudden and unexpected,” adding that his wife was understandably shook by it in a report by the Associated Press.
The statement said that Cornell’s family would work closely with the medical examiner to determine the official cause and asked for privacy as they come to grips with their loss.
I always hate to hear that it was a suicide...
I almost prefer it to be drugs.

I almost prefer it to be drugs.
When you think about it, is there much difference between the two?
