Dinner tonight is something I always enjoy but don't allow myself very often. (My Doc shudders at the thought of it.)

In the back room I have several rashers of what my father calls Hard Bacon. This is very lean and very dry smoked bacon. (It last almost forever. Other names I hav heard for this are Ranch Bacon and Campers Bacon.)

Well tonight cut several thick slices off a rasher. These I placed in a closed rack and placed on the grill over low heat. (On the other side of the grill I placed four ears of corn seasoned with butter, Garlic and Chipotle.) As these cooked I made skillet full of Spider Noodles.

Oh was dinner good.
