Hey, great that your sight improved but dont overdo it. Ok. The first page and the last two pages are the emotional hits.

Congrats on the eyesight but it's your loss not reading. You read books that are far longer that 9 Lit pages so this sounds like your usual cop out.

Maybe you write and or read 2 Lit page stories but most others don't so suck it up cupcake and get with the program.

I never read stuff on LIt as the pages are half width. I copy onto my Open Office Writer and read, it's also where I compose my work.

If you set up your page in Open Office to 1.25" margins all around with a size 12 font, you will find the page is exactly the same width as what you see on a Lit page.

So read two pages today, two pages tomorrow, etc.

Her stuff is worth the effort. (At least, what I've read—I've still more to read.) She's one of the best here on Lit.

OK, if you say so, but for the record I have trouble with long LIT posts and don't wanna devote a week to her novella. I'll take a bite at a time.

ChloeT's a good writer, I've read about half her stuff. I would like to see her tackle something outside of her comfort zone - outside of the Chinese arc perhaps.

But then, I'm also waiting for James first romance, perhaps an inter-racial bodice ripper in the style of Ann Radcliffe?

I've been saying Chloe has natural talent since day one...nobody listens to me. I'm extremely glad she's getting the recognition she deserves finally. :)

TXRad you've got the wrong end of the stick, I have it set up as reuqired and you state, it's reading on Lit I don't do, thanks

If it was a snake you'd be bit and with Jesus.

Are you saying that a few people mentioning her on the forum is more recognition than the tens of thousands of views, hundreds of comments and favorites her stories have gotten? We can throw ratings in there too and possibly emails she gets that we will nas ever know of.

Okay, now my face could replace a lighthouse. There's a lot of good writers on this site and I hope to be as good. Putting modesty aside, thanks for the really nice comments about my stories, i really appreciate that and its always a huge morale booster when fellow authors on this site.say nice things.

And yes, I'm starting to push my comfort zone a bit here and there. The story I sent Noirtrash the link to that started out this thread, September Blue, is probably the one I've pushed my comfort envelope the furthest on. That was a hard one emotionally. Worth it in fhe end tho coz some of the reader comments were so good.

I have to say, its kind of both flattering and embarrassing to have a thread with my name on it, so thanks Noirtrash, you snake you LOL.:D

I have no desire to embarrass or flatter you. I simply wanted to read your tale then realized its a whale to consume and digest. A mans gotta know his lim its, says Clint Eastwood. My mission at AH is pushing people from their comfort zones and making aware much of the world isn't their mom. I post publicly because I'm rarely invited to PM....that and I have most on IGNORE.
