Just finished eating some delicious American Chinese food and I must say, that was some good "Cat" food.. Too full for my hot and sour soup, but you know Chinese food doesn't stay with you long, so I'm sure it will be gone within hours..

And my fortune cookie: " The current year will bring you much happiness and love." The beginning of this year sucked, but since May.. I have to admit that the cookie is right on!

Hmm love it

But since ive been in the US im yet to try it here. Although i can make a mean stir fry Im very good at cooking chinese food but bit hard to make it on an eletric stove top. Need open flame to make it well.

And US food is not bland, some of it is very nice indeed

Chai Su Bok Choy


I love Chinese so much I learned to make all of the above myself. It's good, but not nearly as much as a good restaraunt.

I love the take-out BBQ duck from the Chinese grocery.

Dragon just left from a vist here to the U.S. He is from Wales. He said our food is wonderful, that their food tends to be a little bland. Where are you from? He spent alot of his time eating while here, lol

Hi Miles,

Hmm sounds like your a mean cook when it comes to chinese as i am

And i forget my favorite is Lemon Honey Chicken or any thing
Szechuan or with seafood in it Actually i'll try anything chinese with some exceptions.

ask for more, you obviously haven't tasted MY special U.S. down home meal. A nice thick chuck roast, covered in onions, home made garlic mashed potatos, broccoli/cauliflower mix with cheese sauce, applesauce and cresent rolls. Oh yeah, and don't forget the iced tea. No lemon please.
