Because the new law removes the power to FORCE employers to provide paid breaks, doesn't mean that employers cannot allow their workers to take such breaks and pay them while they do so.

However, in China they're so civilized that instead of letting the workers take breaks, they just kill them if they refuse to work after the country locked them in prisoncamps for the "crime" of being Uhgur.

The point is...this is supposedly a better country than China. Why would any true American want to pass a law that says companies do not have to allow for water breaks?
