What Was your favorite cuddly little toy? Did you have a blankey too?

------------------------------------------------------------------
You got your crust
Turning my daydreams into dust

Oh look at you over there
Ripping the sawdust from my teddy bear
Yeah look at you over there
Ripping the sawdust from my teddy bear

You're so darn pretty girl
Well I think you know it you was you
On Monday morning putting back yakitty yak

Oh look at you over there
Ripping the sawdust from my teddy bear
Yeah now look at you over there
Ripping the sawdust from my teddy bear

You take the pebbles from the babies rattle
You make Santa's reindeer look like cattle
You take Tinkerbells rust
And turn it into sawdust

Yeah now look at you over there
Ripping the sawdust from my teddy bear
Yeah look at you over there
Ripping the sawdust from my teddy bear

You take the pebbles from the babies rattle
You make Santa's reindeer look like cattle
You take Tinkerbells rust
And turn it into sawdust

You got your crust
Turning my daydreams into dust

Yeah now look at you over there
Ripping the sawdust from my teddy bear
Yeah now look at you over there
Ripping the sawdust from my teddy bear
Look at you over there
Look at you over there
Look at you over there
Look at you over there
Look at you over there
Look at you over there
Yeah look at you over there
Look at you over there
Look at you over there
Look at you over there
Look at you over there
Over there, over there, over there, over there
My poor teddy bear, teddy bear, teddy bear, teddy bear

My sister and I were given matching Gund teddy bears when we were little. That bear was always my favorite even though I had a million stuffed animals. ;)

i had a pound puppy that helped me over come my fear of the dark...her name was coco

I used to have a stuffed rabbit who wore blue jeans, a tie-died shirt, a neon green vest and a peace sign necklace. :D

I also had a cabbage patch kid decked out in full hip hop gear! Little Adidas sneaks, jeans and a red windbreaker!

I had a "beggar dog" that I brought for show and tell one day, and I lost him! Was so sad.. :(

I had a stuffed kitty cat.
He was white with red ears, and I believed that the monster in the closet was afraid of cats with red ears, so I always had to make sure his ears were sticking out from under the covers.:)

The Christmas before I turned 2, I got a Carebear: Grumpy. And I still have him, and I still sleep with him... :) I love that bear.. he's been there for everything important in my life!

I had a stuffed rabbit that wound up and played the Bramhs lullaby. I also had a giat stuffed panda that I later fooled around with as a teenager.

I have a monkey that my uncle got for me when i was a baby. I didn't have a blankie as a child, but my paternal grandmother made a special quilt for me that i still have.

My childhood teddybear is still alive and well - perched under the television.

I doubt I have picked him up (let alone cuddled him) in over ten years but it is nice to know he is there

My favorite sleep toy was a stuffed ghost that my mom made me when I was probably about 2. It was heavy cotton and shaped like a long tube about 7 or 8" in diameter and 2 feet long, and she gave it green yarn hair and black felt hands and feet, and the eyes and mouth were made of black and orange felt and glued on. And I always had a cat to sleep with. I still have my two favorite baby blankets. In fact my cat is curled up on one right now on her tray table next to me.

I was trying not to think about it.

I have a teddy bear around here somewhere who's been my constant companion. Unfortunately, since my room is a grade-3 disaster area, I may not be able to find him for a while.

Childhood? *gulp* I've been sleeping with the same stuffed animal since I was 5. I never did get over fear of the dark... *L*

I had a Gingerbread Doll. I still have her, she winds up and plays a little song and her head moves a little.
