A nod to AC1246 who wrote, "I can see from some of the comments on other threads, that there are many wives (and husbands like myself) who are essentially happily married, but sexually frustrated. Given some of the concerns about meeting people on the net, maybe some of the risk could be reduced by married people seeking other married people for email, chat, or possible meeting. Mutual respect and discretion would be important for both parties. I start this thread for those of us . . . who might like to communicate (ok...even if your not "happily" married)."

I am starting the same thread but for Chicago folks. I am a married man who is sexually frustrated. My sexual life currently goes no further than that which is required for baby making and I'd like to meet someone willing to explore further with me. Discretion and safety are paramount.

Thanks for the support Elmo. Let me know if you have any better luck or can think of a better way to approach women regarding this topic. A lot of the "ads" I've seen are fake. If I encounter any better way, I will post it for you as well.

Does it look like this type of thread has been successful in any other areas of the country? I haven't followed any of the others. Would it help to be more direct and title the thread something like "Married and Looking in Chicago?" Maybe we could suggest to Lit that they create an entire forum for married and looking.
