She eats his lunch in front of him while he is bound. She asks if he's hungry and passes some of the chewed food from mouth to mouth.

Write it how you like (as long as it doesn't violate site rules, obviously... which this doesn't). But, if you are that worried about reception, just modify it slightly so that instead of his Mistress (or, Goddess, I think would be more accurate in this context) spitting the food from her mouth into his, she feeds him small bites on a pair of chopsticks she torments him with between bites.
