Cheating wife / voyeur story

I read a story a couple months ago that was a 3 part series.

A husband and wife move into a house (maybe on a vacation, maybe for work, can't remember) and while they have sex during the first night the neighbor watches. The next day the neighbor invites them over and he implies that he watched them. The wife is shy and horrified but eventually cheats with the neighbor. In part 3 the husband finds out and leaves the wife. I believe the neighbour was a bird watcher but I'm not 100% sure about that.
