Cheatin Hearts (CASTING CALL * OOC)

There are three characters.

Tommy: 5'10", curly mop of brown hair, brown eyes, tan, athletic build, 24 years old. He works at a coffeeshop, mostly as a barista, and spends his time off playing guitar, working out (mostly rock-climbing) at the gym with his girlfriend, Nicole, spending time with Nicole when their often-conflicting work schedules allow, play video games a little bit, kick back with some friends from the coffee shop.

The other two characters are currently open, and the following guidelines apply:

They are in their early twenties, they are friends, and one of them works with Tommy. One of them should have an NPC boyfriend, for the sake of some drama.

I want to improvise, but I also want the story to take place over the course of a few days and several posts. I am looking for 2 devoted, literate, fun women to write with. I suppose I should say up front that I want this thread to work towards a FFM threesome.


This is the Casting Call thread for this story, and this thread will also serve as the OOC for plot discussion once things get rolling in character.

Please feel free to post a profile for either of the open characters. Some of you may know I can be picky, and that's the point of this Casting Call.

Margaret "Maggie" McWilliams: 23 (24 in a few days!), 4'11", petite frame, porcelain-white skin with a wealth of freckles across her nose and shoulders, brilliant red curls that fall to mid back. She works nights at the coffee shop struggling to study amid her duties when the clientelle is more relaxed and the work is light enough. She's the typical, a-typical art student who usually ends up heavy in conversation about her tummultuous relationship with the guy whom everyone thinks is an ass, but her. Always bright, cheerful, and helpful, she has been described most of her life as "pixie-ish" much to her hidden dismay, and desperately wants to break free of that stigma.

Going to school, photography. Always carrying her camera with her. Considered by most to somewhat of an artsy type. She doesn't mind the label, its usually true. A pretty bouncy, upbeat girl. She makes friends easily and loves to be around people. Likes to be the center of attention. She spends what time she has away from school at the local coffe shop. Having made friends with a few of those that work there.

What's funny is that you two ladies came up with two names for your characters that are pretty similar, and the two ladies that inspired this thread also have stupidly similar names: Amy and Annie.

However, for the sake of our collective sanity, please can one of you change your character's name?

so, what sounds like more fun?

build up of attraction, flirting, goofiness over the course of a few nights, culminating in a night of no-holds-barred sex, or

we all starting hooking up, but not all together. this will mean there will be scenes where one of the three of us is not in the action, and that's kind of sad. it also offers the potential for some intense drama.

what say the ladies?
