do not make for a safe combination. Sitting in a hot tub late last night, drinking that wine seemed like a really good idea, then I had to get out for a second and slipped on the steps and feel HARD on my ass. I actually broke the one step - or so they tell me. I have a giant bruise on my thigh, and one on my shoulder and a funky little one on my elbow - which is the only part of my body that doesn't hurt today. Considering it takes a Mack truck to make me bruise, I must have hit pretty hard. I knew there was a good reason I gave up drinking wine years ago.

Methinks you need someone to rub salve on those bruises. Thankfully, I can bring my own. ;)

First of all, no cheap wine! Second, you are supposed to have some sexy man with you, you know...to catch you before you trip or fall.

(sadly, I can relate to the experience)

I hope you heal soon!:)

LOL! You too eh? It's one of those nights where no matter how bad it is, the wine still tastes good at the time. I think we even drank some of that cheap bubbly crap.

Thanks Marksgirl - I can't even lift my right arm properly today - this should be an interesting few days. :)

Max - I need soem of that therapeutic healing - but I think I'll avoid hot tubs for a bit.

This bruise I just discovered a few minutes ago - it looks worse than it feels - I guess all that padding comes in handy at times.

Heal soon hon.

Thanks! Somehow, these drunken nights were easier to recover from a few years ago. :D

Hope you're not injured too bad, and up running around! Don't give up the wine get some non-slip throw rugs!

Ouch. Those bruises look nasty. Now don't let this experience hold you back. You gotta get back on that horse. Tonight drink even more cheap wine and then go dancing on the slippery deck beside hottub. :)

Hope you're ok and heal fast.

Ever notice when you have a bruise, you manage to knock that exact spot at least every 5 minutes?
