Why is the chat room now asking for a password to enter? How do i get this to chat to people?

Did you read the great big warning in the red box at the bottom of this page http://www.literotica.com/chat/ or the part that says chat is down and they're working on it?
That warning has been up for a couple of months, since chat was hijacked by someone(s), and the chat here has a history of being unreliable, so your best bet is probably to find another place to chat, use the roleplaying forums here, talk to others on the board, post an ad for chat-lovers in Personals, etc.
