Who think Literotia should have a chat function? Does it already? Something I don't know about.

You just won't find it on the message board area. Go back to the main Lit page and there is a chat function. http://www.literotica.com/chat/

You need to log in separately and you might not be able to get your same screen name.

Just make sure you read the main chat page fully (that's where they post info when the site has been hacked, is down, etc.) and be advised that the system has been plagued with problems historically. Therefore, if chat is down or you get banned unfairly or whatever, it won't do any good to start complaint threads; you'll do best if you start using the system knowing it can have major issues and are willing to work around any problems you encounter by getting your chat fix elsewhere or whatever.
