I have been receiving authentication failures when attempting to log on to chat. I can log on and access other areas in Literotica. How do I resolve my chat log-on issues?

Using an old screen name

I created a screen name in 2009 and I am unable to log into it because I don't remember the password. I also cannot recall which email I used to link to that screen name
is there a way someone can add a new e mail address to that account so I can use that name again?

The current chat system is not anything like the system that was up in 2009. This one, which has been active since 2014, uses the same accounts as the rest of the site for logins.

You can't add anything to an existing account unless you know how to access it.
