Character too young?

I've begun writing a Daddy/Daughter series, and I have gotten feedback that the daughter reads like she is 14 or 15, when she is supposed to be 18. She is a bit innocent, but otherwise I think she is acts her age. If anyone is interested in that kind of story, I would love to hear some constructive feedback on if I am indeed writing her too young and what it is that I am doing to portray that. Honestly, I just can't figure it out, but I am trying hard at improving my writing. The latest chapter appears here: Summer with Daddy Ch. 2

I'm reading chapter 1 right now, it seems pretty good. I don't think the girl character acts too young. Except for the over-use of the term "daddy" - to me it's a little creepy in the sense that it's little girl-ish.

overall a good story - a little too much use of "daddy" maybe they need a nickname or something.
