The easiest way is to submit them separately with chaptered names. For example:

My Story Ch. 01
My Story Ch. 02
My Story Ch. 03

As long as the titles are consistent the site will generate a series automatically. You can use other words, like Part 1, Part 2, etc. as well. You only need to worry about '01' and '02' if you're going to have ten or more chapters; the zero ensures that they are ordered properly. You can use 001 if (heavens forfend) you expect a hundred or more chapters.

Besides the automatic system described by @Bamagan, you can also create a series manually. This is useful if you want to avoid numbered chapters (and with it the 50% drop-off in views after the first instalment). But bear in mind that it will take several weeks to approve the chapter, so it's best to create the series as soon as possible, even before you've finished writing your first chapter.

Another thing to remember then is to add the chapters as you submit them. There's a bit of a bug where you can't do that when you first fill out the submission form: you have to go to "Preview", and then go back to make changes. Then you'll see the "Add to series" option.
