“ And this, oddly enough, brings us to a shootout in broad daylight in Chicago between two gangs. When the shooting stopped, one person was dead and two were wounded. Five gang members allegedly involved in the shootout were arrested. Yet Chicago’s controversial states attorney, Kim Foxx, refused to prosecute them. “Mutual combatants was cited as the reason for the rejection,” according to a Chicago Police Department report.”

*chuckle* So, if two groups mutually agree to having a gun fight it's all OK. You have to wonder if her attitude would change if she were caught in the middle?

This

Foxx was one of several high-profile and controversial prosecutors funded by organizations related to George Soros. The refusal to prosecute the alleged gang shooters is only one of several similar decisions. Soros’ organization also donated to PACs that support Los Angeles district attorney George Gascón and Philadelphia district attorney Larry Krasner, both known for their liberal views on crime.

is a major part of what's happening in many cities. Soros, and others of like minds, see that buying elections for DA's is cheap. Corrupt the system at the lowest levels and let it percolate up. Our local DA came to office with Soros monies and the murder rate is setting an all time record. 1.5 million to buy a local office sounds like a lot of money, and it is for a local office, but it's cheap for a man like Soros. A hell of a lot cheaper than trying to buy an office like the presidency.

So what is his game plan? He's an currency trader, a capitalist of the N'th degree. He has no particular interest in seeking societal justice, he is seeking chaos. In chaos is opportunity for currency players and if he can pull off in the US what he did with Malaysia and the UK what a marvelous payday he'll enjoy.

Democracy is a pernicious evil that will always devolve
into a fight over the spoils of a collapsing civilization...

:(

I'm not entirely sure I disagree with this decision. If people want to shoot guns at one another, and no one else is hurt or put at risk, then I say go for it.

Just don't kill anyone who is just trying to live their life outside of your bullshit or destroy their stuff and I don't really object.

They each claimed self defense. In america that makes killing okay.

Chuckles...yep... inevitable outcome. Lol!

So ...let's be clear about facts since Bishitguy isn't known for facts.

"...a spokeswoman for the Cook County state’s attorney’s office, explained that prosecutors had “determined that the evidence was insufficient to meet our burden of proof to approve felony charges.” Police officials agreed with the decision, Villareal added."

"...While she wouldn’t specify what other evidence prosecutors needed to file charges, the police report acknowledged that victims of the shootout weren’t cooperating with investigators."

In this country, we have what is called "the burden of proof". The victims are refusing to cooperate...so hands may be tied in this case.
Bishitguy makes it sound like it's a conspiracy....when in fact many cases never see folks charged due to lack of evidence. Ah, facts and evidence...those sticky little things that seem to trip up the partisan right.
