Changing the title of a published story

Does anyone know if it's possible to edit the title of an already submitted and accepted story, without having to take down the original and resubmit? I have a few stories which have accidentally turned into a series, so I need to make it clear from the titles that they're linked.

Tell her the name of the story as of now, provide a link for her. Then tell her the title you wish it to have.
