Changing Email

I have been trying forever to change my email in my profile. I hit save and boom it goes back to my old email address. I emailed Lit but never got a response. It's freaking annoying!

it says that the email confirmation has been sent to the new address, but there is nothing, not in the trash, not in the spam, nothing. and i don't have the previous email anymore, so that sucks.
