There are basically two varieties of personality. 
There are those who check the FAQs unnecessarily, to see if anything has been revised.
There are those who check the FAQs only after all else fails.
{ Needless to say, I read the FACS last night, but only the part which directly concerned submitting audio text & poetry. It didn't help, and if there are more exact instructions elsewhere, I am a stranger to them. }

I am glad to see the Volunteer Editor's Program is cleaned out & up and running. Too many deadbeats from the old list. I wonder if there will be a more active method of checking to see if they are still with the program (I imagine too many people just disappear without notice). Maybe Laurel warns them if someone tries but doesn't get a response - three and you're out?
Whatever. I'm glad to see it's back. I would do it myself, but I can't edit my own stories!

In your profile, your stories come with their category attached. Now I know that wasn't there before, because I just had to edit my previous ID to remove a complaint about the fact that they weren't categorized... but being unobservant about minor things, I have no idea how long it's been fixed.
Unobservant: Looks like I won a monthly contest last year. Not that I needed the money, but it would have been nice to get a message alerting me. Who on earth checks contest winners? I think today was the first time I've explored there, because I was bored.
