Change image size for posting

Is there a way on LIT to change the size of a pic as I post it? I tried to find some things but they didnt seem to work.

example:

[img={width}x{height}] url [/img]

Imageshack will work if it is totally non-sexual etc Just remember the image address will have your Imageshack user name included. Be careful what username you use.

You can also crop the photo, cutting out unnecessary parts of it, and then resave it.
